Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping in my store. I hope everything will go okay with your order. Since my products are fulfilled through Printify, refund and return policy is based on their guidelines.

Returns & Refunds

Since all of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you experience any issues with your order, please follow the steps below.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged or defective item.
  • You received the wrong item or size compared to what you ordered.
  • Your order was lost in transit and did not arrive.

To process a refund or replacement, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Email us at su*****@da********.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – Order [Your Order Number].”
  2. Include a clear photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  3. Provide a brief description of the issue.
  4. Our support team will review your request and respond within 2-5 business days.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Incorrect size or color choice made by the customer (please double-check your order before placing it).
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or placement due to printing and manufacturing processes.
  • Orders that have exceeded the 30-day refund request period.
  • Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Cancellations & Changes

Since orders go into production quickly, I can only accept cancellations or modifications within 12 hours of placing the order. If you need to make changes, reach out to su*****@da********.com.
